Debit cards and prepaid credit cards are also accepted.

※We do not accept credit cards issued overseas.

We do not support revolving or installment payments at the time of purchase.

Only one-time payments are possible.

Please check with your card issuer regarding the possibility of changing to revolving or installment payments after purchase.

③Amazon Pay

You can pay using credit cards registered with Amazon Pay or Amazon Gift Cards.

Please note that your order on “BASE” will not be completed until the Amazon Pay side of the transaction is finalized.

⑧Convenience Store Payment or Pay-easy

Please pay at a nearby convenience store by the due date using the reference number and phone number provided in the email sent at the time of purchase.

Pay-easy allows online payment.

Enter the collection agency number, customer number, and confirmation number on your bank's direct payment page to complete payment.

⑨PayPal (Credit Card/Bank Account)

Payment can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts registered with PayPal (*).

※Depending on the items ordered and the total amount, PayPal may not allow payment via bank account.

When selecting PayPal payment during your BASE purchase, after entering your buyer information, you will be redirected to PayPal's payment screen (PayPal payment is not available for purchases made via the app).

Please note that your BASE order will not be completed until the PayPal payment process is finished.

Cancellation and Returns

We cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer circumstances after an order has been confirmed.

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

・Regarding the cooling-off period:

As online shopping is considered mail-order sales, the cooling-off period does not apply.

・We exercise utmost care in managing and shipping products. However, if a defective item is delivered or an incorrect item arrives, we will exchange it for an identical, non-defective product.

If replacement is impossible due to stock shortages, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item for another of equal value.

In such cases, you must contact us within one week of receiving the item (including the delivery date) by emailing the address provided in the shipment confirmation email. Please include your order number and full name. We will then contact you regarding the appropriate procedure, such as return shipping or refund, based on the situation.

【We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases】

・If you do not contact us within one week of receiving the product (excluding missing items)

・If the product is lost due to customer responsibility

・If the product is soiled or damaged due to customer responsibility

・If the product has been used even once

FAQ

“My order hasn't arrived”

You can track your order using the tracking service provided by each shipping carrier. The tracking information URL is included in the shipping confirmation email. Please check there. If your order hasn't arrived two weeks after shipment, or if you cannot find the tracking number, please contact us at the email address provided in the shipping confirmation email. Be sure to include your order number and name in your inquiry.

“I want to cancel my order”

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns after an order has been confirmed due to customer circumstances.
